How custom grillz are made in Toronto
Custom grillz at Grillz Toronto take four steps: a mould or scan of your teeth, a design you approve, casting and hand-finishing in solid metal, then fitting and pickup in Toronto — 5 to 15 days in total. Outside the GTA, we post an impression kit anywhere in Canada.
Mould or digital scan
We take upper and lower impressions with dental-grade putty in about 20 minutes — at the studio or at your home in the GTA. A digital intraoral scan from your dentist also works.
Design approval
We pour a stone model of your teeth and agree the design with you: which teeth, metal, karat, colour, stones and style. You approve it by email and pay a deposit before casting.
Cast and hand-finished
Each cap is waxed, cast in solid metal, fitted back on your model, then filed, set and polished by hand. Plain sets take 5–10 days; gold and iced take 10–15.
Fitting and pickup
Pick up at the studio for a fitting check, or have them delivered. We make small adjustments on the spot and show you how to put them in, take them out and clean them.
Impression kit by mail — anywhere in Canada
From Vancouver to Halifax: we post you trays, putty and illustrated instructions. Take your impressions at home, send them back, approve the design by email, and we ship the finished grillz with tracking. If an impression isn’t clear enough, we send a replacement before anything is cast.
